I know what you mean about colour coming out darker than it really is. I just posted a couple in Maw's ramble.. and there is a total difference in the actual colour of that bedroom also :lol

Working with stained glass.. I love the "rose" door insert. And I see where the compass rose is hanging also.
Good job that you did not mount it, as it will fit in with a traveling home :grin

Reminds me of a gorgeous bed and breakfast we stayed in. We could see and feel the love that was put into the house. Your style of decoration is so homey and warm. I am sure you won't have any trouble selling your beautiful home.
