Sounds like a good time. We just sailed Carnival and had no problem bringing soda, water and juice on board in a carryon when we checked in. I didn't do much when we went to Nassau so I am of no help. At Grand Turk we went to Margaritaville but I think if we were to go back we would do a snorkel tour. I haven't been to Half moon cay but I have heard it is very nice. Have fun!
