By "heli-lift" I assume you're spaeking of medical evacuation coverage / cruise insurance. Oh yes. Cruise insurance is an absolute. Even if it's not for the medical aspect, there are many other potential problems it covers. Lost luggage, delayed flights, cancellation within the penalty period, etc.
