15 year old boy kills family near where we live

I don't know what this world is coming to, but a 15 year old boy was mad at his parents for not allowing him to attend a friend's party so, when his mother and father and 2 younger brothers were asleep he shot and killed them all. I read things like this and never would think things like this wouldn't happen near us but it has . He came home after a friend dropped him off and he runs outside to say his parents are dead. How stupid is this boy? He had thrown the gun in the bushes, with his fingerprints all over it. His parents were loving concerned people who helped out many others.
